I have been with The Ledges since 2004 and have been a Class A PGA Professional since 1991. I am a graduate of Louisiana State University and have a PGA certification in General Management from the PGA of America which is designated to less than 10% of all PGA members.

Craig Bocking
I am the Director of Instruction at The Ledges of Huntsville. A PGA Master Professional in Teaching and Coaching that has dedicated more than 20 years of my life to research in golf performance. I was awarded Teacher and Coach of the Year In 2016, 2020, and 2021 by the Alabama/NW Florida PGA Section. The use of Full Swing Launch Monitors, Swing Catalyst Dual 3D motion plates, Gears 3D, KMotion Biofeedback training, Quintic Ball Roll Technology, ZEN Green Stage, and Putt View are just a few of the toys I have utilized for many years. I emphasize the individual’s unique set of skills by taking time to understand their goals, commitment level, and physiology so that I can provide a customized plan that will maximize the golfer's opportunity to play better golf. Jordan DeBonis
I have been a member of The Ledges team since October 2016, where I focus on merchandising, teaching the game of golf, and growing the game for players of all ages and skill levels. A graduate of the Florida Gulf Coast University Professional Golf Management Program, I am passionate about creating a great experience both on and off the course. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our son, Hudson. Whether we’re at the golf course or relaxing at the lake, family time is what I value most.

Terry Wilbanks
I started my golf career in Arkansas and was elected to PGA Class A Membership in 1997. I started at The Ledges in 2002 as the Assistant Golf Professional and was promoted to Head Golf Professional in 2005. I received the Alabama/NW Florida Merchandiser of the Year award in 2007. In 2012, I transitioned to the Director of Membership role at the club. 
 
Director of Events / Events Coordinator
Arlene Zanlunghi
I have been a dedicated member of The Ledges team since June 2007, when I began as Banquet Manager before transitioning to Event Coordinator in February 2011. With a passion for creating exceptional experiences, I specialize in planning weddings and private events, bringing thoughtful attention to detail and a personal touch to every occasion. I value the relationships I have built with members and take pride in helping bring each event to life in a meaningful and memorable way.

Wyatt Kotary
As Director of Agronomy at The Ledges, I draw on close to a decade and half of experience at premier golf destinations. My career includes six years at Baton Rouge Country Club, with additional tenure at Lost Tree Club, Yeamans Hall Club, and Pinehurst No. 2. Now entering my fourth season at The Ledges, I’m committed to delivering championship-quality playing surfaces while honoring the unique character of our course.

Hoyt Harris
Born and raised in Huntsville AL, I am a proud graduate of Auburn University, and have over a decade of experience working professionally in the media field. I joined The Ledges team in April of 2026, and am honored to be able to bring the experience I have with me into my role as the Director of Marketing & Communications. I have had the privilege of filming for many captivating companies, such as NASCAR, NBCUniverisal, Hallmark, Sony, and more. I pride myself in my ability to tell stories through a camera lens, and cherish the response that comes from clients, friends, and family alike. Outside of work, I am often found in the outdoors, spending time with family, or playing with my pets Frank and Evey.

David Lux
I relocated from Chicago to Huntsville in 2019 to join The Ledges, bringing with me a diverse background in hospitality and club management. My experience spans private clubs, a Forbes Four-Star hotel environment, and participation in three successful restaurant openings. In 2016, I earned my Sommelier Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers, further strengthening my expertise in wine and beverage programs. I am known for my commitment to elevated service, operational excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with my Pitbull Cory, going out on the town for dinner and drinks, and watching my favorite Chicago sports teams.

Michael Male
I grew up in Georgia and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1997. I began my career in food and beverage on St. Simons Island at the historic King & Prince Hotel, where I developed a passion for hospitality and guest experience. I later continued my career at Trump National, further expanding my leadership and service expertise within the hospitality industry. In 2021, Michael joined The Ledges as the Food & Beverage Manager. With years of experience in hospitality and event service, I am dedicated to creating exceptional dining experience and providing outstanding service for members and guests alike.

Michelle Dickson
I am a dedicated hospitality professional with over two decades of experience in private club operations, bringing a strong commitment to exceptional member service and operational excellence. Since joining The Ledges in 2013 as Banquet Manager, I have demonstrated consistent growth and leadership, advancing to Food & Beverage Manager in 2017. Originally trained in Dundee, Scotland, where I earned a culinary degree, I am bringing an international perspective and deep culinary foundation to the role. I relocated to the United States in 1992 and built a career focused on private clubs since 2000, developing a strong understanding of member-focused service and high-end hospitality environments. I am passionate about creating outstanding dining and event experiences, with a genuine appreciation for membership engagement and community. I am known for building strong relationships, leading teams effectively, and maintaining high standards that enhance the overall club experience.

Zach Weaver
I am a Mississippi State University Alumni, where I graduated with a degree in the Professional Golf Management Program in December of 2021. While in the program, I conducted internships at The Country Club of Cedar Rapids, Wynlakes Golf & Country Club, The Ledges, and The Honors Course. I am excited to be back at The Ledges full time to start my professional career. My passion is working with the junior golf program and the ladies golf program. My bride, Kaylei, and I married in December of 2021.

Michael Caune
Born in Charlotte, NC, I developed a passion for golf early on. In 2008, I relocated to Huntsville, AL. By 2016, I began a career at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Hampton Cove. From 2017 to 2021, I focused on completing my Accounting and Finance degree at the University of Alabama. Now, I am dedicated to the Professional Golf Management program, aiming for PGA status. I look forward to collaborating with staff professionals to organize clinics for women and junior players, expanding golf's accessibility.
 
Golf Course Superintendent
Dave Barklow
With a degree in Soils and Environmental Science from Montana State University, I have spent over 30 years mastering the art of bentgrass management. My career began on the ground floor—helping build The Reserve at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky—before dedicating 21 years as Assistant Superintendent at Valley View Golf Club in Bozeman. Since September 2023, I have taken on various roles at The Ledges, bringing decades of hands-on experience and a deep love for the science beneath the turf.
 
Facilities Supervisor
Brandon Dunn
My name is Brandon Dunn, and I am the Facilities Supervisor here at The Ledges, and I have been with The Ledges since 2022. I studied at UAB 1993, before moving to Seattle WA, to pursue a passion in Glassblowing for the next 10 years. All the while working in construction, learning every aspect of the trades and practices involved with the business. Eventually, I became a General Contractor with a focus on renovations and restorations. This path lead to where I am today: a job and environment that I truly love to be in, and come to work on a daily basis. Although there is much to be done here at The Ledges, I pride myself and my work on doing things the right way to make this Clubhouse and grounds the best they can be! In my spare time, I enjoy Bonsai, cooking and all things food, gardening, and playing music, as well as experiencing it anyway I can.

Glen Riley
I have served as Equipment Manager at The Ledges for the past eight years, bringing 37 years of total experience in the golf course industry to the role. I am a Toro Dealer Master Certified technician of 10 years, and previously spent six years at TPC Southwind and a decade with Ladds Jacobsen dealer network. My deep technical expertise and commitment to reliable, precision-maintained equipment help keep The Ledges in tournament-ready condition day after day.

Ronan Iravani
I am a South Florida native with an Associate’s degree in Plant Biology from Hillsborough College in Tampa and a Bachelor’s in Integrative Studies (emphasis in turfgrass, horticulture, and botany) from the University of North Texas. With over a decade of experience in the golf industry, I have worked at prestigious clubs including Dallas Athletic Club, Lost Tree Club, and Quail Valley Golf Club. Prior to my current role as Assistant Superintendent at The Ledges, I served as Assistant Superintendent at Golf Club of Estrella in Phoenix, Arizona.
