Rising Stars

The Rising Stars program introduces young golfers to the fundamentals of the game in a fun, encouraging environment while building a strong foundation for advancement into the Elites program.

Juniors will learn:

  • Full swing fundamentals
  • Short game basics
  • Golf etiquette and safety
  • Confidence and enjoyment in the game

On-course development includes Operation 36, teaching the game from the green back to the tee. This method helps players understand scoring, distance control, and course progression—setting them up for long-term success.

Elites

The Elites program focuses on refining fundamentals while introducing players to competitive golf. Juniors begin participating in:

  • PGA Jr. League
  • U.S. Kids Golf tournaments
  • Drive, Chip & Putt

Instruction emphasizes purposeful practice and competitive confidence. On-course sessions focus on strategy, shot selection, short game, course management, and scoring improvement.

Advanced Elites

Designed for serious, competitive junior golfers, the Advanced Elites program focuses on scoring and performance under pressure.

Players will:

  • Compete from longer distances
  • Sharpen decision-making skills
  • Develop consistency across all areas of their game
  • Prepare for tournament play

Participation in U.S. Kids Golf, IJGA tournaments, PGA Jr. League, and Drive, Chip & Putt is encouraged and expected.

LA Juniors | Summer Camps

Join us for an engaging and enriching Junior Golf Camp at The Ledges.

Each day includes:

Two hours of professional golf instructionTwo hours of supervised pool timeLunch providedCertified lifeguard supervision

Instruction covers:

  • Full swing fundamentals
  • Putting and short game techniques
  • Chipping and pitchingBunker play
  • Skill challenges and games

Designed for ages 5–14, camp combines skill development, confidence building, and summer fun in a safe and structured environment.

Parents are encouraged to caddy. All players will walk.

Awards Party at the Pool immediately following play.
 


PGA Jr. League | The Ledges Country Club

PGA Jr. League is a team-based golf experience for players 17 and under. Players compete in a two-person scramble format within a local league.

Format Overview

  • 9-hole head-to-head matches
  • Divided into three 3-hole “flags”
  • Points are awarded at the end of each flag

Each player receives:

  • Home & Away Jersey
  • Hat or Visor
  • Overnight Bag
  • Bag Tag

Cost:

  • One-time PGA Registration Fee
  • ​$100 Ledges Team Fee
